RESOLUTION NO. 2462 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING <br /> PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF <br /> COST FOR SANITARY SEWER WORK AND <br /> APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK <br /> (Assessment District No. 552 ) <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council contemplates ordering the <br /> construction of certain street work including primarily construction <br /> of a Sanitary Sewer <br /> construction under and pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 <br /> of the Streets and Highways Code, on: Walnut Street between Congress <br /> Street and Maple Street <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton DOES <br /> HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER as follows: <br /> Section 1. That the City Engineer is hereby appointed Engineer <br /> of Work and is designated to make and sign any certificate or document <br /> required to be made or signed by the Engineer of Work. <br /> Section 2.
