RESOLUTION O. _ 2 63 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> A?PfOVXNC F''1AN$ AND SPEC1FICATI.a <br /> FOR SANITARY SEWER WORK, APPROVING <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP AND RE- <br /> QUESTING RECOM ENDATION OF HEALTH <br /> OFFICER. <br /> { (Assessment District No. 552 ) <br /> WHEREAS, plans designated "Plan No. 2228' con- <br /> ' sisting of sheets numberd 1 to 2, both inclusive, and specifications <br /> designated "Special Provisions No. 552 and City of Colton Standard <br /> Specifications for Sanitary Sewers" providing for the construction <br /> of certain sanitary sewer work in the City of Colton have been <br /> presented to this City Council and proceedings for the construction <br /> of said work are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911; and <br /> WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated <br /> "Map of Assessment District No. 552," showing the boundaries of <br /> the territory benefited by said proposed work and to be assessed <br /> therefor, has been presented to this City Council and examined; and <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said work has been <br /> filed with this City Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br /> Colton, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 1.
