S. Roll 3230; thence southerly along said easterly right of way line to an intersection with 11 the northerly right of way line of State Highway No. 43 as shown on Map 151-36-5, Parcel No. 5; thence easterly along 12 the northerly line of said parcel and its easterly prolongation to an intersection with the easterly line of the Southern Pacific 13 Railroad right of way as shown on Map 872-36-23c, Parcel No. 11; thence southerly along said easterly right of way to 14 its intersection with the centerline of Van Buren Street; thence easterly along said centerline to the Point of Beginning. 15 4.
