MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS Comments from Mayor, Council and City Treasurer on various issues and activities throughout the community. TREASURER'S REPORT The City Treasurer gave an update on the City's investment activity. CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS The City Manager, Bill Smith, informed the City Council that because there is no business scheduled the meetings of December 19, 2023 and January 2, 2024 will be canceled unless alternative direction is given or emergency business that cannot wait is needed;the next Regular Council Meeting will be January 16, 2024. Smith also expressed his thanks to Development Services Director Mark Tomich for his service to the City of Colton and on a Personal note, expressed his appreciation for Tomich for his guidance as a college and as a friend.
