1 RESOLUTION NO. CUA 01-24 <br /> 2 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br /> 3 COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br /> YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1,2023 AND ENDING JUNE 30,2024 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the Colton Utility Authority (CUA) adopted the budget for the fiscal year <br /> commencing July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024; and <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the CUA conducts regular reviews of its budgets, as it is fiscally prudent to <br /> 7 do so; and <br /> WHEREAS, based upon the review conducted through December 31, 2023, the CUA <br /> 8 desires to amend the budget; <br /> 9 NOW,THEREFORE,UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br /> HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 10 <br /> SECTION 1. The budgetary projections amending the budget for the City of Colton for <br /> 11 the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024, which includes the Utility <br /> 12 Authority operations, is hereby approved and adopted and incorporated herein. <br /> SECTION 2. Under the direction of the City Manager and Approved by the Utility <br /> 13 Authority the Finance Department may make the reallocation of appropriations within the funds as <br /> 14 defined herein. <br /> SECTION 3: All recitals stated above are true and correct.
