CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF June 19, 2001 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claims against the City submitted by Maricella Solis, <br />Daniel Alvarado, and Chino Rose. Recommend Denial <br />DATE: June 7, 2001 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
