• Proclamation—Pastor Dane Aaker <br /> Council Member Toro presented a Proclamation recognizing longtime resident and Retired Head Pastor of <br /> Centerpoint Church, Dane Aaker, for his lifetime achievements and his legacy as an influential Pastor who <br /> has positively impacted thousands of people. Supervisor Joe Baca Jr. also presented Pastor Dane Aaker with <br /> a recognition certificate. Retired Pastor Dane Aaker, accompanied by newly appointed Head Pastor of <br /> Centerpoint Church, Josue Zapata, accepted the recognition and expressed his gratitude for the honor. <br /> • Recognition—Perfect CAASP Score—Skyler Peralta Thomas and Deanna Unkefer <br /> Council Member Toro presented Recognition Certificates to Skyler Peralta Thomas and Deanna Unkefer, <br /> students of Paul J. Rogers Elementary School, for their exceptional performance and accomplishment in <br /> being one of the two 4th grade students to have received a perfect CA Assessment of Student Performance & <br /> Progress Score in Reading and Math. Supervisor Joe Baca Jr. also presented the students with recognition <br /> certificates. R-09-24, PRIORITIZING <br /> PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) <br /> FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025,RESOLUTION NO.
