Smith expressed appreciation and gave compliments to Finance Director Stacey <br /> Dabbs and her Team, as well as the City Treasurer Aurelio De La Torre, for all of the work they put in to <br /> preparing the City's annual financial audit. The City Manager also expressed his appreciation for the City Staff <br /> members who are actively working in response to the City's unusually heavy rainfall and for those who are <br /> working to coordinate important information and get it out to the public efficiently. <br /> The City Manager Smith also reminded the City Council that the next Regular City Council Meeting will be <br /> held on February 20, 2024, and that an additional Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, <br /> February 26, 2024. The City Manager explained that the purpose of having this Special Meeting is to be able to <br /> give the City Council an opportunity to discuss the Water/Wastewater Fee Study, ask any questions they may <br /> have, and provide City Staff direction. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> At 7:55 p.m. Mayor Navarro adjourned the Regular Council Meeting in Memorium for long time Colton <br /> Residents Donia Blanca Trujia, and Tony Torez. <br /> Stephanie M.
