For construction, repair or alteration of sidewalks, curbs, <br /> 9 gutters, cross-gutters, driveways, pavements, sewer manholes, catch-basins <br /> 10 and other structures, storm-drains and sanitary sewers a charge for inspection <br /> 11 shall be made and paid at the following rates, to-wit: <br /> 12 1. Driveway approaches $ 3.00 each <br /> 2. Sidewalk atd cross-gutters .01 per sq. ft. <br /> 1 3 j 3. Curb or curb & gutter .04 per lin. ft. <br /> 4. Curb inlets, catch-basins, etc 4.00 each <br /> 14 5, Asphalt pavement .001 per sq. ft. <br /> 6. Sewer Manholes 4.00 each <br /> 15 \ 7 . Sanitary sewers & storm drains .05 per tin. ft. <br /> 8.
