__ _...... . .. 1 RESOLUTION NO„ 2519 2 A RESOLUTION FIXING AND ESTABLISHING SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES ALONG CER- 3 TAIN CITY STREETS AND PROVIDING FOR REFUND TO PROPERTY OWNER WHO PAID 4 ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION COST„ 5 WHEREAS, there has been or will be constructed a sanitary sewer 6 system through an easement along and upon the following named proposed 7 I streets in future Tract Number 6628 in the City of Colton, to wit: 8 A. ELLEN STREET, from Westerly boundary of Tract 6619 to 9 1731 ( ") West, 10 B. GRAND STREET, west side only from Ellen Street to 4241 11 (!) North, and 12 WHEREAS, a major portion of the cost of construction was paid by 13 Henry Stiel, and 14 WHEREAS.,, the owners of the parcels of land which are adjacent to 15 and front upon said streets have paid no sums whatsoever toward the cost of 16, said sewer installation, and 17 WHEREAS,, the City Council desires to fix and will collect a charge 18 for connecting to said sewer system, which is fair and equitable to all con- 19 cerned, and 20 WHEREAS,, all connecting charges collected by the City shall be as 21 agent for and paid over to Henry Stiel, 22 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the connecting charges 23 for each and every connection made to said sewer system to or from those 24 parcels of land specifically mentioned hereinbefore whose owners or prior 25 owners shall have not paid their proportionate share of the cost of installing 26 said system shall be as follows: 27 (a) $2.39 per front foot on each and every parc.l in and upon the 28 following street, to -wit: 29 A. ELLEN STREET, from Westerly boundary of Tract 6619 to 1731 30 (1. West 31 B,, GRAND STREET, west side only, from Ellen Street to 4241 32 ) North
