li <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2597 <br /> 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 31 OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO <br /> 4 FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF <br /> 5 GRANT AVENUE. EASTERLY OF MT. VERNON AVENUE. <br /> 6 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br /> 7 FOLLOWS: <br /> 8 SECTION ONE. That the City of Colton execute an agreement with the <br /> 9 City of San Bernardino, a municipal corporation of the State of California, for <br /> 10 <br /> the reconstruction and improvement of Grant Avenue, easterly of Mt. Vernon <br /> 11 <br /> Avenue, partly in Colton and partly in San Bernardino. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 SECTION TWO. That the agreement referred to herein, a copy of which <br /> 14 is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and is hereby referred to and made a part <br /> 15 hereof as fully as though set out at length herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 16 SECTION THREE.
