1 RESOLUTION NO. 2591 <br /> 2 RESOTUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING <br /> 31 A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE <br /> ALLOCATED ENGINEERING FUNDS. <br /> 4 <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City <br /> 5 <br /> Ili of Colton, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State <br /> 611 <br /> of California, Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, <br /> 7 <br /> hereinafter referred to as the Department, on May 4, 1960, for <br /> 8 <br /> expenditure of State allocated Section 2107 .5 engineering funds ; <br /> 9 <br /> and <br /> 10 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal <br /> 11 <br /> showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be <br /> 12 <br /> made during the 1965-66 fiscal year ; and <br /> 13 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal <br /> 14 <br /> and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> 15 <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> 16 <br /> of Colton that said budget proposal dated August 3, 1965, be and <br /> 17 <br /> is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the <br /> 18 <br /> State allocated engineering funds, said budget proposal to be <br /> 19 <br /> and the same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works <br /> 20 <br /> 21 is directed to sign the same on behalf of the said City, and <br /> said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department in accord- <br /> 22I <br /> 23 ance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and <br /> 24 Highways Code, <br /> 25 APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 3rd day f August, 1965 . <br /> 26 <br /> Nfayor of the City of Colton <br /> 27 ATTEST: <br /> Cites Jerk of the City of Colton <br /> 29. <br /> 30 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br /> 31 regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Colton at a <br /> 32 regular meeting thereof held August 3, 1965 . <br />
