R-28-24 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br /> 4 RATIFY ACCEPTANCE OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> DISCRETIONARY FUNDS AWARD OF $1,200 TO PURCHASE CLAY/BRICK <br /> 5 DUST FOR THE DAVIS PARK PITCHING CAGE,AND TO INCREASE <br /> 6 REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF$1,200. <br /> 7 WHEREAS, The City of Colton was awarded funding from the County Board of <br /> 8 Supervisors Discretionary Fund for$1,200 to the City of Colton for the purchase of Clay/Brick <br /> Dust; and <br /> 9 WHEREAS,The re-allocation of appropriations between department activities may be <br /> 10 made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases)to the budget shall be by approval <br /> and Resolution of the City Council; and <br /> 11 <br /> 12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, <br /> 13 SECTION 1. Ratify the acceptance of a$1,200 discretionary fund grant from the San <br /> Bernardino County Board of Supervisors for the purchase of Clay/Brick Dust. <br /> 14 <br /> SECTION 2.
