it <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2581 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 3 OF COLTON APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 <br /> TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE <br /> 4 HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF COLTON. <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the State of California , through its Department of <br /> 6 Public Works , Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 1 to <br /> 7 the Agreement for Maintenance of the State highway in the City of Colton, <br /> 8 <br /> dated July 1, 19 65 , <br /> 9 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 1 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> 12 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Colton <br /> 13 that said Amendment Number 1 is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City <br /> 14 Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City. <br /> 15 ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1965 . <br /> 16 <br /> JOHN M.
