1 RESOLUTION NO, 2564 2 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has been informed 3'1 by the Director of Public Works that the cmditions set forth in Planning 411 I Commission Resolution No. 241 have been complied with by the owners of the 5J property as submitted by the following documents to wit: 6 1. Grant Deed dated April 7, 1965 from Roy E. Webb and F. Florene 7 Webb and Donald E. Barnes and Doris K. Barnes far portion of Lot 24 of 8 Orange Land and Water Company's Addition to the City of Colton, State of 9 California, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, Page 9, retards of San 10 Bernardino County, more particularly described in Grant Deed. 11 , 2., Cashiers Check in the amount of $1170.00 to insure the following 12 off street improvements to wit: Curb, gutter and sidewalk on Rancho, side- 13 walk on C Street„ 14 3, Public Utilities Easement described as follows: 15 A 5 foot utility easement in a portion of Lot 24 of the Orange Land and 16 ' Water Company Lands in the City of Colton, State of California as per plat 17 recorded in Book 11 of Maps, Page 9, Records of San Bernardino County: 18 Said utility easement being 120 feet West of the East line of said Lot 24 and 210 19 feet in length parallel with and 38 feet north of the centerline of C Street, 20 WHEREAS,, the City Council approves the recommendation of the 21 Planning Commission that subject to conditions setforth the property described 22 in Planning Commission Resolution No 241 be classified and placed in C-1-X 23 Zone. 24 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the 25 City Att orney be and he is hereby authorized to prepare the Ordinance for 26 classification of said property as required by Ordinance No. 964. 27 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11th day of May, 1965„ 28 29 ayor 30 31 ATTEST: 4-Ld 32 City,blrk
