II <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO„ 2561 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNI DECLARING <br /> 3 THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS UT ELECTION <br /> RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION HELD IN <br /> 4 SAID CITY ON MAY 4, 19654 <br /> 5 I The City Council of the City of Colton, California, DOES HEREBY <br /> 6 RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: <br /> 7 Section 1. That a special election was duly called and regularly held <br /> 8 in said City oa the 4th day of May, 1965, at which election there was submitted <br /> 9 to the qualified voters of said City the following proposition to-wit: <br /> 10 PROPOSITION: Shall the City of Colton sell and dispose <br /> of that certain public utility owned by it, to wit: Its <br /> 11 system for the transmission and distribution of electricity <br /> together with all appurtenances thereto. <br /> 12 <br /> Section 2. That the returns of said election have been duly and <br /> 13 <br /> regularly canvassed by this City Council as provided by law and all absentee <br /> 14 <br /> ballots received have been counted and canvassed as provided by law. <br /> 15 <br /> Section 3.
