II 1 RESOLUTION NO„ 2561 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNI DECLARING 3 THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS UT ELECTION RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION HELD IN 4 SAID CITY ON MAY 4, 19654 5 I The City Council of the City of Colton, California, DOES HEREBY 6 RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: 7 Section 1. That a special election was duly called and regularly held 8 in said City oa the 4th day of May, 1965, at which election there was submitted 9 to the qualified voters of said City the following proposition to-wit: 10 PROPOSITION: Shall the City of Colton sell and dispose of that certain public utility owned by it, to wit: Its 11 system for the transmission and distribution of electricity together with all appurtenances thereto. 12 Section 2. That the returns of said election have been duly and 13 regularly canvassed by this City Council as provided by law and all absentee 14 ballots received have been counted and canvassed as provided by law. 15 Section 3.
