1 . <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2642 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L OF THE CITY <br /> OF COLTON DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER <br /> 3 THE ABANDONMENT OF TWO STREETS IN AREA <br /> SOUTH OF FOGG STREET AND WEST OF LA CADENA <br /> 4 DRIVE. <br /> 5 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br /> 6 as follows : <br /> 7 SECTION 1. That the City Council of Colton does hereby <br /> 8 declare its intention to order the abandonment of two streets <br /> 9 in the area South of Fogg Street and West of La Cadena Drive <br /> 10 in the City of Colton bounded by the following described lines <br /> 11 to-wit: <br /> 12 Streets shown on the Map of Survey of Rancho San <br /> Bernardino recorded in Map Book 7, Page 2, in the <br /> 13 office of the recorder of said county and also <br /> shown on the Record of Survey of Schluter Property <br /> 14 recorded in Record of Surveys Book 12, Page 57, in the <br /> office of the recorder of said county and more <br /> 15 particularly described as follows : <br /> 16 a north-south street 82 .5 feet in width situated <br /> between Lot 1, Block 89 and Lot 4, Block 80, Rancho <br /> 17 San Bernardino, and bounded on the north by the <br /> southerly line of Fogg Street as shown on said Record <br /> 18 of Survey and bounded on the south by Lot 4 of Block <br /> 88, Rancho San Bernardino, excluding from vacation <br /> 19 that portion of the 88 foot wide extension of <br /> Riverside Road through Lot 1, Block 89 and Lot 4, <br /> 20 Block 80, Rancho San Bernardino, lying within the <br /> above described streets ; and that certain east-west <br /> 21 <br /> street 82 .5 feet in width lying southerly of Lot 1, <br /> 22 Block 89 and Lot 4, Block 80, and northerly of Lot 4, <br /> Block 88, Rancho San Bernardino, and bounded on the <br /> 23 west by the westerly line of Rancho San Bernardino <br /> and bounded on the east by the westerly line of La <br /> 24 Cadena Drive, formerly a State Highway. <br /> For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment reference <br /> 25 <br /> ? is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk, <br /> 26 <br /> of Colton, California. <br /> 27 <br /> SECTION 2 . That the hour of 7 :30 p.m., on the 18th day <br /> 28 <br /> of January, 1966, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, <br /> 29 <br /> Colton, California be and the same is hereby fixed as the time <br /> 30 <br /> and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting <br /> 31 <br /> to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br /> 32 <br />
