Item #20 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF July 17, 2001 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />APPROVAL: Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />FROM: Al Holiman, Assistant City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Settlement Authority Authorization Amendment : Liability Claims <br />DATE: July 2, 2001 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On Tuesday, June 19, 2001, the City Council approved liability settlement authority to the Human <br />Resource Director in the amount of $25,000, per the attached agenda item.
