• Proclamation-ECE Week of the Young Child <br /> Mayor Navarro read a Proclamation declaring ECE Week of the Young Child 2024 (April 6-12, 2024); <br /> accepted by ECE Program Director Chris Rymer. Program Director Rymer expressed appreciation and <br /> reiterated the importance of early education and the positive impacts it can make. <br /> • Proclamation- Pastor Rick Luna <br /> CM Gonzalez presented Senior Pastor Richard Luna from Amazing Grace Apostolic Church with a <br /> proclamation recognizing him for his long-standing service to his church, neighborhood, and the City of <br /> Colton. CM Gonzalez went on to describe the impact that Pastor Luna's leadership has produced. <br /> Pastor Luna expressed gratitude for the recognition.
