(c) That all commercial deposits shall be held by the <br /> City for a minimum period of 1 year in which no <br /> disconnect charge has been made against the account <br /> for which the deposit was placed. <br /> 3 . (a) That 30 days (or as close to that time as possible) after <br /> the mailing of bills , notices must be mailed for payment <br /> of unpaid accounts , such notice to provide for a five (5) <br /> day grace period for payment, after such time all unpaid <br /> accounts will be considered delinquent. <br /> (b) That service to delinquent accounts may be discontinued <br /> without further notice. <br /> (c) That water service to delinquent accounts may be discon- <br /> tinued without further notice, however, in accordance <br /> with the legal opinion furnished to the City of Colton, <br /> such discontinuance will not be made in less than forty- <br /> five (45) days from the date of bill. <br /> 4 . Disconnect Charge. <br /> (a) That a disconnect service charge of $2 .50 must be paid <br /> to the City of Colton bef ore disconnected service will <br /> be restored. Such service will be reconnected only if <br /> full payment is made or if satisfactory arrangement for <br /> payment has been made with the Finance Department. <br />
