III), has informed that me plans on retiring this coming February. <br />We ask for your approval to commence with the recruitment for his position and establish <br />an eligibility list prior to his retirement. <br />Mr. Morris, is assigned to our concrete crew and waiting to fill his position would delay <br />projects from being completed as scheduled. <br />
