Page 3 of 3 <br />Agenda Report for October 15, 2002 <br />October 7, 2002 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1) Staff recommends authorizing the execution of the Cooperative Agreement to prepare a Road <br />Alignment Study, Project Study Report, Preliminary Environmental Study on Reche Canyon Road and <br />Reche Vista Drive by and between the Cities of Moreno Valley and Colton and Counties of San Bernardino <br />and Riverside. <br />2) Staff recommends authorizing the release of the Request for Proposal for the above stated project <br />according to the terms of the Cooperative Agreement. <br />3) Authorize the City Manager to executive any and all documents necessary for the release of the <br />Request for Proposal and implementation of the project according to the terms of the Cooperative <br />Agreement. <br />
