II I. <br /> I I, <br /> it <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 618 <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF COLTON ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING THE <br /> 3 GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES ON PUBLIC <br /> 4 WORKS IN THE CITY OF COLTON. <br /> 5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Colton: <br /> 6; SECTION ONE: That under and pursuant to Section 1770 of the Labor <br /> 7 Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Colton have, <br /> 8 after due inquiry, ascertained and determined the general prevailing rate of per <br /> 9 <br /> diem wages in the City of Colton for each craft or type of workman or mechanic <br /> 10 <br /> needed to execute contracts for public works in said City, and do hereby find, <br /> 11 <br /> 12 determine and declare that the following are the general prevailing rates of per <br /> 13 diem wages in the City of Colton for each craft and type of workman and <br /> 14 mechanic needed to execute contracts for public improvement in the City, to-wit: <br /> 15 A. Exhibit "A" -"1965-1966-1967-1968-1969 Wage Scales for the Six <br /> 16 Basic Trades" filed October 29, 1965, in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 17 <br /> B. Exhibit "B" - "Sub-Trades Hourly Wage Rates of Building and Con- <br /> 18 <br /> struction Trade Unions", affiliated withthe Building and Construction Trades <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Council of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, filed October 29, 1965, in <br /> 21 the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 22 SECTION TWO: The provisions of the Resolution shall apply only to <br /> 23 contracts awarded by the City Council of the City of Colton for the construction <br /> 24 <br /> of public works exclusiv9 of maintenance work. <br /> 25 <br /> ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of November, 1965 . <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 yor <br /> 29 ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
