I I, it 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 618 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING THE 3 GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES ON PUBLIC 4 WORKS IN THE CITY OF COLTON. 5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Colton: 6; SECTION ONE: That under and pursuant to Section 1770 of the Labor 7 Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Colton have, 8 after due inquiry, ascertained and determined the general prevailing rate of per 9 diem wages in the City of Colton for each craft or type of workman or mechanic 10 needed to execute contracts for public works in said City, and do hereby find, 11 12 determine and declare that the following are the general prevailing rates of per 13 diem wages in the City of Colton for each craft and type of workman and 14 mechanic needed to execute contracts for public improvement in the City, to-wit: 15 A. Exhibit "A" -"1965-1966-1967-1968-1969 Wage Scales for the Six 16 Basic Trades" filed October 29, 1965, in the office of the City Clerk. 17 B. Exhibit "B" - "Sub-Trades Hourly Wage Rates of Building and Con- 18 struction Trade Unions", affiliated withthe Building and Construction Trades 19 20 Council of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, filed October 29, 1965, in 21 the office of the City Clerk. 22 SECTION TWO: The provisions of the Resolution shall apply only to 23 contracts awarded by the City Council of the City of Colton for the construction 24 of public works exclusiv9 of maintenance work. 25 ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of November, 1965 . 26 27 28 yor 29 ATTEST: City Clerk 31 32
