R-07-06 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-103-02 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON <br />INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEW) REPRESENTING THE <br />ELECTRICAL UNIT AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of meetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the International Brotherhood of <br />Electrical Workers (IBEW) representing the Electrical Unit held pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 3500 et. Seq.; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the MOU, marked Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2005, contingent upon signature of the City's representative; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes staff to sign said MOU. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17`h day of January, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
