12/63 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2616 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON , CALIFORNIA, <br /> DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS OF <br /> ELECTION RETURNS OF SPECIAL BOND ELEC- <br /> TION HELD IN SAID CITY ON OCTOBER 26 ,1965. <br /> The City Council of the City of Colton, <br /> California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1. That a special bond election was duly <br /> called and regularly held in said city on the 26th day of <br /> October , 19 65 , at which election there was sub- <br /> mitted to the qualified voters of said city the following <br /> proposition, to wit: <br /> SHALL the City of Colton incur <br /> a bonded indebtedness in the principal <br /> amount of S305 , 600 . 00 to pay a portion / <br /> of the cost of the acquisition and <br /> construction by said city of a certain <br /> municipal improvement, to wit: an under- <br /> pass on "N" Street under the Atchison, <br /> Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company <br /> main-line tracks and siding at P.U.C. <br /> Crossing No, 2B-3.5, with appurtenances <br /> and appurtenant work, and including the <br /> acquisition of land, easements, rights <br /> of way, apparatus, equipment and other <br /> property necessary therefor <br />
