1 RESOLUTION NO. 2613 <br /> ry ¢ <br /> 2 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> 3 CITY OF COLTON FIXING THE PERCENTAGE <br /> OF EACH BURIAL SPACE OR GRAVE SOLD IN <br /> 4 HERMOSA CEMETERY TO BE PLACED IN THE <br /> ENDOWMENT CARE FUND IN ACCORDANCE <br /> 5 WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1163. (REPEALS <br /> 6 RESOLUTION NO. 2397) <br /> 7 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that from and <br /> 8 after the effective date of Resolution No. 2609 the percentage to be placed in <br /> 9 the Endowment Care Fund shall be as follows: <br /> 10 For Adult Burial Plots sold in the Central portion <br /> 11 of Block 5, lying within a radius of 122 .14 feet <br /> of the center point of Lot 259 the amount to be <br /> 12 placed in the endowment care fund shall be $30.00 <br /> 13 For Adult Burial Plots in the Northwest portion <br /> 14 of Block 3 described as a rectangular shaped <br /> portion of land lying within a perimeter bounded <br /> 15 by the Northwest corner of Lot 45, the Northeast <br /> corner of,Lot 69,the Southeast corner of Lot 25 and <br /> 16 the Southwest corner of Lot 5 shall be in the <br /> 17 amount of ` 30.00 <br /> 18 <br /> For each plot sold in Block One the amount to be <br /> placed in the endowment care fund shall be 21 .00 <br /> 19 <br /> For each Baby Space (not to exceed 4') the amount <br /> 20 to be placed in the endowment care fund shall be 8 .00 <br /> 21 For each Child Space, the length of which shall <br /> 22 not be less than four feet nor more than six feet, <br /> the amount to be placed in the endowment care <br /> 23 fund shall be 21 .00 <br /> 24 For each plot in other Blocks not herein described, <br /> the amount to be/placed in the endowment care <br /> 25 fund shall be 30.00 <br /> 26 (Plots to be sold for $150. 00 for each space) <br /> 27 <br /> PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of October, 1965 . <br /> 28 <br /> 29. ,ice • <br /> 30 Mayor <br /> 31 ATTEST: <br /> 32 <br /> City Clerk <br />
