LPPER SANTA ANA WATER RESOLRCES ASSOCIATION <br />ARTICLE l <br />The name of this Association is "LPPER SANTA ANA DATER RESOLRCES <br />AS'SOCIATIOV, <br />ARTICLE It <br />Definitions <br />Regular Member - a municipality, public water company- mutual water company, <br />irrigation district, conservation district, municipal water district, a county flood conuol <br />distrct or county water district that is participating or has participated in artificial <br />recharge ot, production from or surtace water diversions from the Lpper Santa Ana Ricer <br />N% arershed. In order to be considered a "Regular Member." an ori=anizatian must provida <br />an authorizing resolutior or ietter tiom it respective ,o%etning body accepting the terms <br />and conditions of membership. must pay am dues. fees or costs assessed in a timely <br />fashion, must attend meetings of the Association on a rewlar basis. and must cooperate <br />in attaining the purpose of the Association. <br />Associate Member an organization not Ailelwise defined as a "Regular Member.' that <br />may petition :he Board of Directors for recognition and, if approved- may participate in <br />matters. but shall not tease am voting rig=hts. The _Association may erect to assess dues <br />for Associate Members. <br />Upper Santa Ana Riser X1 atershed or Niatershed surface %Nater, percolating <br />groundwater, sub -surface streants within the Santa Ana Watershed and above the <br />Riverside Narrows. as that term is used in the 1969 Oran,*e County iudemenr. <br />Association - the Lpper Smita Ana Riser watershed Association <br />Calendar Year - Jacuary 1 to December =1. <br />Fiscal Year -JuiN I to June 30. <br />Annual Nleetina - Shall be the October meeting oteach year <br />
