CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCYICOLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />FEBRUARY 7, 2006 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez, Ramos and <br />Mayor Bennett. Councilmember Suchil and De La Rosa arrived at 5:09 p.m. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Case Name: City of Colton v. American Promotional Events, Inc. - West, et al. <br />Case Number: US District Court Case No. CV 05-01479 DDP (Ex) <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:06 p.m. and at 6:01 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A with no reportable action <br />A.
