R-22-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, The budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 28, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />Section 1 It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account numbers: <br />225-6070-6081-4900 and increasing the Police Revenue Account 225-5880-000 <br />in the amount of $13,694.00 plus interest. <br />Section 2 The amendment is hereby approved, adopted, and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Colton, California, this 21s' <br />day of February, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
