1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />51 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14' <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2006 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June <br />21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be <br />by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the expenditure account 100-1000-1180-2408, and decreasing the <br />Capital Improvement Reserve Fund in the amount of $75,000 <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2V DAY OF MARCH 2006. <br />DEIRDRE H.
