Echevarria, MPT <br /> Council Members Absent <br /> None <br /> CEREMONIAL MATTERS <br /> Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br /> • Proclamation—Colton Area Museum Day <br /> Council Member Gonzalez read and presented a proclamation to the Museum Board Members recognizing <br /> May 4, 2024 as Colton Area Museum Day. <br /> • Recognition—American Public Power Association Honor Roll Employee Awarded to Adrianne Rogers <br /> Charles Berry, Electric Utilities Director,presented the American Public Power Association Honor Roll <br /> Employee Award to Adrianne Rogers, Senior Energy Services Specialist. Mayor Frank J.Navarro also <br /> presented Adrianne Rogers with a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Colton for her exceptional <br /> performance in accomplishments and for her dedication and hard work. <br /> • Recognition—Hometown Heroes Program: New Military Banner Installation. <br /> Heidi Strutz, Recreation Services Manager, introduced the New Military Banner recipients and invited them <br /> to come up to the podium, one by one, in order to be honored for their service.
