PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> (1) Zoning Text Amendment-Electric Vehicle Charging Stations/Hydrogen Vehicle Charging Station- <br /> TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO WAIVE FULL <br /> READING,READ BY TITLE ONLY AND PASS FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CALIFORNIA AMENDING VARIOUS <br /> SECTIONS OF TITLE 18 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT AND REGULATE <br /> ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS AND HYDROGEN VEHICLE CHARGING <br /> STATIONS PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65850.7, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 0-05-24. <br /> The Mayor opened the Public Hearing. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk Vargas submitted the Notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk's Office) and <br /> there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. <br /> Staff Presentation <br /> Heidi Duran, Director of Development Services, presented for Council an overview of the agenda item and <br /> requested approval of staffs recommendation. <br /> Public Comment <br /> None <br /> Motion and Second by CM Gonzalez/CM Toro to close the public hearing. <br /> Vote: Unanimous, Motion Passes. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> None <br /> Motion and Second by CM Gonzales/ CM Chastain to waive full reading and read by title only and pass first <br /> reading of 0-05-24. <br /> Vote: Unanimous, Motion Passes. <br /> BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> (1) AB 481 Report- Approve Annual Update to City Council on Military Equipment Pursuant to <br /> California AB481. <br /> Staff Presentation <br /> Police Lieutenant Raymond Mendez presented for Council an overview of the agenda item and requested <br /> approval of staff's recommendation. <br /> March 21,2024 Regular City Council Meeting 4- <br />
