Smith took time to publicly acknowledged Fire Chief Tim McHargue and to thank <br /> him for his service to the city. Smith expressed his deep appreciation for Chief McHargue and described the <br /> positive impact that he has had on the executive team and how much he will be missed. Smith described the <br /> legacy that Chief McHargue he has and thanked him for his service. <br /> Fire Chief Tim McHargue invited Fire Marshall Jon Boggs to speak to council about what the Fire Department <br /> is doing in preparation for the Fourth of July. Fire Marshall Boggs gave a brief report on what steps have been <br /> taken and how they are coordinating efforts to decrease the number of illegal fireworks in the city of Colton. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> At 8:19 p.m. Mayor Navarro adjourned the Regular Council Meeting in memorium of Richard Amador. <br /> Stephanie M.
