EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Willdan, Inc. will examine building plans for compliance with the adopted version of the California <br />Building Code, California Mechanical Code, California Plumbing Code, National Electrical Code, <br />and the Accessibility, Noise and Energy Conservation requirements as mandated by State Title 24 <br />and all applicable Ordinances. Our approach to the plan check process includes attention to code <br />requirements as well as an overview of the application package for other applicable requirements <br />such as approval from other local agencies and districts. Willdan's plan checkers are registered <br />engineers and certified plan examiners. All plan review will comply with the City's directives, codes <br />and policies. Plan check will include a review of any or all of the following design elements <br />determined by the City: <br />Architectural and life safety Mechanical <br />Structural Energy Conservation Regulations (Title 24) <br />Electrical Disabled Access Regulations (C.B.C. - T-24) <br />Plumbing <br />Perform Building Inspection Services as requested to ensure compliance of the Uniform Building Code and <br />other related codes and standards. <br />RvacBNcs529334 A -I (BBK revised July 2, 2001) <br />
