1 City of Colton is hereby approved, is all that territory 2 situate in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, 3 more particularly described as follows : 4 Being portions of Lots 35 through 44, 48, 49, 51 and portion of Lot F of McDonald Hot Springs Subdivision, 5 Tract No. 2290, as recorded in Map Book 33, Pages 26 and 27, T1S R4W, in the County of San Bernardino, State 6 of California, and described as follows : 7 Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly line of Glenwood Street, prolonged southeasterly, and 8 the northwesterly line of Colton Avenue; said point being a point in the Corporate Boundary of the City of Colton; 9 thence along said Corporate Boundary line, northwesterly along said southeasterly prolongation and continuing north- 10 westerly along the northeasterly line of said Glenwood Street, a distance of 555 feet to the southeasterly corner 11 of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Wheeler Resub as recorded in Book 24 of Maps, Page 44, records of said County; thence 12 northeasterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, and leaving the Colton Boundary line, northeasterly along 13 the northeasterly prolongation of said Lot 1 to the centerline of the San Bernardino County Flood Control 14 Channel; thence southeasterly along said centerline to its intersection with the northeasterly line of Colton 15 Avenue; thence southwesterly along said northwesterly line of said Colton Avenue to the Point of Beginning. 16 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of May, 1966, 17 by the following vote, to-wit: 18 AYES: Councilmen Oliva, Beltran, Coltrin, Spragins 19 NOES: Councilmen None 20 ABSENT: Councilman Kaney 21 22 23 ELIZABETH DAVIS, City Clerk. 24 Signed and approved this 3rd day of May, 1966. 25 26 27 PASCUAL S.
