That the whole number of votes cast in said <br /> 3 <br /> City except absent vote ballots was 2938.. <br /> 4 <br /> That the whole number of absent voter ballots cast in said <br /> 5 <br /> City was 45 making a total of 3023 votes cast <br /> 6 <br /> in said City. <br /> 7 <br /> Section 4. That the names of persons voted for at said <br /> 8 <br /> election for members of the City Council of said City are as <br /> 9 <br /> follows: <br /> 10 <br /> Kay H. Holtzendorff <br /> 11 <br /> Gertrude V. Spragins <br /> 12 <br /> Abe E. Beltran <br /> 13 <br /> Lynn A. Carey <br /> 14 <br /> Van A. Crouter <br /> 15 <br /> Jack J. Judy <br /> 16 <br /> Claude W. McElwain <br /> 17 <br /> Howard F. Rieger <br /> 18 <br /> Carl Hinman (write-in - 1) <br /> 19 <br /> Section 5 . The City Council does declare and determine <br /> 20 <br /> that: <br /> 21 <br /> Gertrude V. Spragins was elected as Member of the City <br /> 22 Council of said City for the full term of four years ; <br /> 23 Abe E. Beltran was elected as Member of the City Council <br /> of said City for the full term of four years ; <br /> 24 <br /> Section 6. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of <br /> 25 <br /> the City Council of said City, a statement of the result of <br /> 26 <br /> said election showing: <br /> 27 <br /> 1. The whole number of votes cast in the City; <br /> 28 <br /> 2 . The names of the persons voted for; <br /> 29 <br /> 3 . Office each person was voted for ; <br /> 30 <br /> 4.
