RESOLUTION NO. 2679 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 1 OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING PLANS, <br /> SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR CERTAIN <br /> 2 STREET WORK AND APPOINTING ENGINEER Or WORK• <br /> 3 (Assessment District No. 548) <br /> 4 WHEREAS, this City Council contemplates ordering the cons- <br /> 5 truction of certain street work including primarily curb and <br /> 6 gutter, cross gutter, sidewalk and asphaltic paving construction <br /> 7 under and pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 <br /> 8 of the Streets and Highways Code, on: <br /> 9 "A" Street from 10th Street to Bordwell Avenue <br /> 10 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br /> 11 JOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER as follows: <br /> 12 Section 1. That the City Engineer is hereby appointed <br /> 13 Engineer of Work and is designated to make and sign any <br /> 14 certificate or document required to be made or signed by the <br /> 15 Engineer of Work. <br /> 16 Section 2. That said Engineer of Work is hereby directed <br /> 17 to furnish this City Council with plans and specifications for <br /> 18 \ said street work, together with a careful estimate of the cost <br /> 19 and expense of such work. <br /> 20 ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April, <br /> 21 1966. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 JOHN M.
