In the event <br />the City provides such capacity to the CAISO during a System Emergency, the terms and <br />conditions for the sale of such capacity and associated energy shall be documented in a <br />written communication affirmed by an authorized representative of the CAISO in the form <br />attached as Appendix I. <br />5. ENFORCEMENT <br />The Department must report promptly to the City Council, the Utilities Commission, <br />and the CAISO, to the extent required by the CAISO Tariff, any failure to comply with the <br />requirements of this program. Such report must identify clearly the incident or incidents of <br />non-compliance, describe in detail the actions the Department will take to re-establish full <br />compliance with this program, and set forth a timeline for such actions. <br />CONFIRMATION FOR SALES OF CAPACITY AND ENERGY TO CAISO DURING <br />SYSTEM EMERGENCY <br />This confirmation sheet documents the terms and conditions for sale of capacity and <br />associated energy to the CAISO by the City of in response to the CAISO's <br />declaration of a System Emergency as provided for in CAISO Operating Procedure <br />Date: <br />MW Capacity sold by [City]: <br />Hours: <br />Price: <br />7 <br />
