Without the fees, the General Fund would bear the costs needed to finance the <br />Storm Water Program (FY 06-07 $550,000). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The NPDES Stormwater Program is a part of the Federal Clean Water Act and is intended to <br />improve the Nation's waterways.
