SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/ <br />COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />JOINED WITH THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />May 20, 2006 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the City of <br />Colton was held at 10:13 a.m., on the above -given date at the Colton High School/Memorial <br />Stadium, located at 777 West Valley Boulevard, Colton, California, Mayor Bennett presiding. Notice <br />of Special Meeting was given on May 18, 2006, in compliance with Government Code Section <br />54956. <br />ROLL CALL CITY COUNCIL: <br />Councilmembers present were Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, DeLaRosa and Mayor Bennett. <br />Also present were City Manager Parrish and City Clerk Barrera. Absent Councilmember Hernandez. <br />ROLL CALL PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Commissioners present were J. Perez, Oliva, A. Perez, Archuleta, and Chairperson Vilches. Also <br />present were Community Development Director Zamora. Absent Commissioner(s) Ramirez and <br />Prieto. <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />(1) Land Use Tour Joint City Council/Planning Commission Workshop: <br />a. Tour Rancho Cucamonga: Terra Vista, Day Creek, and Milliken Corridors. <br />b. Tour The Preserve at Chino and Parkhouse: Drive Preserve, Walk Models at Agave, <br />Evergreen, and Mulberry. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 2:42 P.M.
