Seq.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Police Officers Association (CPOA) has reviewed and signed approval of the <br />attached Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the MOU, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of July 1, 2006, <br />contingent upon signature of the City's representative; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes staff to sign said MOU. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of June, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
