ITEM #5 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JUNE 6, 2006 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:00 p.m., in the Gonzales Community Center, located at 670 Colton Avenue, <br />Colton California, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Chastain, De La Rosa, and Mayor Bennett. <br />Councilmembers Ramos and Hernandez absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A through D. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
