CITY OF COLTON <br />WATER AND WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the 7th day of <br />May 1996 , by and between Rosemary Shadid <br />hereinafter referred to as Beneficiary and CITY OF COLTON, a Municipal Corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as CITY. <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, Shadid. Inc. has been required to construct certain water <br />sewer facilities, more particularly described on the plans for Reche Canyon Hillside <br />Estates located in the Water and Wastewater Department, City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, the water and sewer improvements will benefit others than Reche <br />Canyon Hillside Estates in the future, and constitute a part of the Current WATER AND <br />SEWER MASTER PLANS of the CITY, and have been dedicated to the public by the <br />Beneficiary; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3805 of the City of Colton authorizes the City to <br />enter into reimbursement agreements with developers and/or individuals who install <br />oversize water or sewer lines which benefit others; and <br />WHEREAS, beneficiary has submitted contracts, invoices and proof of payment <br />for water and sewer facilities which indicate a cost of $30.60 per lineal foot for water <br />lines and $30.30 per lineal foot for sewer lines. <br />
