ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The construction activity generated through the approval and execution of the Agreement is <br />statutorily and categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000 et seq.) ("CEQK) pursuant to Section 15282(1) [installation <br />of new pipeline less than one mile in length] and Section 15301 [minor alterations to existing <br />publicly -owned utilities] of the State CEQA Guidelines. Staff will file a Notice of Exemption with <br />the San Bernardino County Clerk's Office as soon as possible upon the adoption of the proposed <br />Resolution. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />Union Pacific Railroad Company <br />Contact: Joan M.
