CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL ITEM #5 <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 29, 2006 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 4:58 p.m., on the above -given <br />date at in the Council Conference Room of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California, Mayor Bennett presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on June 28, 2006, in <br />compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, Hernandez and Mayor Bennett. Also <br />present were City Manager Parrish and City Clerk Barrera. Absent CM De La Rosa. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 29, <br />2006. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CIVIC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None <br />CITY CLERK'S REPORTS: <br />November 2006 Election <br />Calling and Giving Notice of a General Municipal Election to be held, Tuesday, November 7, 2006 and <br />Requesting the County of San Bernardino to Render Specified Services, RESOLUTION NO. R-81-06. <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Ramos to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-81-06. Motion carried <br />with CM De La Rosa absent. <br />ADJOURNMENT. <br />At 5:00 p.m., with consensus of Council, Mayor Bennett declared the Special Meeting adjourned. <br />Carolina P.
