2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO.? --117-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDINDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON JULY 1, <br />2006 AND ENDING ON JUNE 300, 2007 <br />WHEREAS: The budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing on July 1, 2006 and ending on June 30, 2007 was approved and <br />adopted on June 20, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) <br />to the Budget shall be approved by Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the <br />2006/2007 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing allocations in the City's Trust and <br />Agency Account Number 762-2360, the Fire Department Revenue Account <br />Number 100-5880 by $2,000.00 and the Fire department Expenditure Account <br />Number 100-6090-6091-2301 by $2,000.00. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and <br />incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15TH DAY OF AUGUST, <br />2006. <br />DEIRDRE H.
