Section 18.06.020 (Official Zoning Map), is herby amended changing parcels <br />0163-172-48 from C-2 (General Commercial) to M-U/D (Mixed -Use Downtown) of title 18 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code (the "Municipal Code") as depicted in Exhibit "A" attached to this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. If any sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. The City Council of the City of Colton, in accordance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), has found, on the basis of a Project Environmental Impact <br />Report (EIR) prepared to assess environmental impacts of the project that determined that the <br />project would not create unavoidable significant adverse impacts on the environment (i.e., air <br />quality, traffic, and public services (parks). Because there are no unavoidable significant adverse <br />impacts on the environment a Statement of Overriding Considerations is not applicable for this <br />project. However, the project does Table I.D. organized with a summary of the project impacts, <br />mitigation measures, and the level of significance of each impact following the application of <br />identified mitigation measures as adopted by the City Council in Resolution No. R-93-24; and <br />SECTION 6. Certification/Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of the <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after <br />adoption in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 7.
