OATH OF OFFICE <br />The Chief Deputy City Clerk, Stephanie M. Vargas, called the newly elected City Officials forward. The <br />Oath of Office and the Certificates of Election were issued. <br />City Council Elect, Kelly J. Chastain was sworn in by the Chief Deputy City Clerk, Stephanie M. Vargas. <br />City Council Elect, David J. Toro was ceremonially sworn in by his two sons, Michael and Jayden Toro. <br />City Clerk Elect, Isaac T. Suchil, was ceremonially sworn in by his son, Eric Suchil. <br />City Treasurer Elect, Henry M. Razo, was ceremonially sworn in by his Mother, Rose Razo. <br />COMMENTS FROM INCOMING CITY OFFICIALS <br />Personal comments made by the following incoming City Officials: <br />Newly -elected City Treasurer, Henry M. R-122-24, PRIORITIZING <br />PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) <br />FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026, RESOLUTION NO.
