R-136-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 19 2006 AND ENDING JUNE 309 2007 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted on June 20, 2006; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />of the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities <br />may be made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2006/2007 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Appropriations in the Fire Department Account <br />Number 225-6090-6091-4930 in the amount of $18,122.00 . Revenue in Account <br />Number 225-5879 will be increased in the amount of $18,122.00. <br />herein. <br />SECTION 2.
