R-17-25 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 WASTEWATER UTILITY BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted and approved the annual <br />budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 on the twenty first day of May, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the adopted budget did not include appropriations for the purchase of a new <br />Sewer System Closed Circuit Television Vehicle; and <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the adopted budget is required and must be approved by <br />resolution of the City Council; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024- <br />25 budget: <br />• Appropriate $408,409.54 from reserve balance in Wastewater Fund Capital Outlay <br />Vehicle Expenditure Account Number 522-8200-8200-4910-0000-000 for the <br />purchase of Sewer System Closed Circuit Television Vehicle <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18T" DAY �F MARCH 2O25. <br />T_—) <br />oe <br />ISAAC T.
